Description
We're looking for a Customer and Improvements Coordinator to join our Highways team based in Easton Lane, Winchester to provide support to Assurance, Customer and Improvements activities in the South-East region.
The role is predominantly based across our Area 3 and Area 4 Maintenance and Response contracts and will require cross-functional support to other business units and involve travel to other base locations.

Responsibilities
As Customer and Improvements Coordinator you'll provide support to Assurance, Customer and Improvements activities in the South-East region.
The role is predominantly based across our Area 3 and Area 4 Maintenance and Response contracts and will require cross-functional support to other business units and involve travel to other base locations.
Your day to day will include:
- Coordinate and support internal and external communications
- Provide support in gathering performance related inputs and records, then assisting in the compilation and production of timely and quality assured reports.
- Coordinate continual improvement within the South-East region, collecting and processing innovations from staff, client and our supply chain representatives.

This role of Customer and Improvements Coordinator is great for you if are:
- Proficient in use of computer software including MS Word, Excel
- Good organisational skills with a methodical approach towards delivering tasks within defined timescales
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
