Description

To support the continued growth of our client we are looking for a person to undertake the day to day responsibility of managing workload arranging engineers and their daily diary whilst providing clients with a great service.

The successful applicant will work closely with the Service Manager, Service Team, as well as Engineers, Customers, Subcontractors and Suppliers.

To succeed in this role, the applicant should have excellent communication, organisational skills, and time management, they will collaborate with internal teams as well as clients to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the business all Internal Trainingwill be provided to help succeed.

Organising and responsibility for the engineer's diary
Scheduling and booking planned maintenance, repairs, call outs
Upgrading quoted works
Raising PO for suppliers
Hiring of equipment
Checking in parts once delivered
Ensure all communication is accurate and correctly logged on the job logic system.
Logging and assigning reactive call outs within the SLA agreements given
Answering the phone and taking customer enquiries
Liaising with staff, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients
Raising PO for Subcontractors
Chasing Subcontractor reports
Maintain frequent contact with clients to build and maintain relationships


Key Skills:
Competent level of experience in using Microsoft office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good customer service work ethic
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask and prioritise
Able to stay calm under pressure
Attention to detail
Reliability and flexibility
Self-motivated
Team player

Working hours 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.100% office based
