Reporting to the Asset Integrity Manager within the Engineering department, as our Site Inspection Coordinator, you will be responsible for the Co-ordination of all the site mechanical integrity inspections regarding Pressure systems and COMAH (Control of Major Accidents and Hazards) Regulation 5
What is involved?
Pipework and Bulk Storage inspections forecasted and planned in.
Inspection engineers (3rd Party UKAS accredited) work list prioritised and managed.
Liaise with Engineering Planners to ensure all shutdown specific inspections are planned and any remedials recorded.
Asset Integrity Lifecycle spreadsheet updated and monitored detailing short
- and long-term corrosion rates.
Inspection frequency changes in conjunction with Written Schemes of Examination, to be updated in CMMS (Oracle)
All inspection reports to be reviewed and accepted.
All relevant Unusual Incident Report (UIR) investigations and actions completed on time.
What do you bring?
As our site Inspection Coordinator, you will have; strong knowledge of Industry Code Inspection Standards and procedures - API 510, 570 and 653 and a good understanding of Non-Destructive Testing methods.
You will have a confident grasp of Word, Excel, Power Point and CMMS Systems.
