The Company Overview:

Butler rose are partnered with a high performing SME, with ambitious growth plans looking to hire a technically strong Head of Finance for a full-time, permanent role based in Carlisle.

Your new role as Head of Finance:

Your duties will include:

Managing the day-to-day finance function, IT, HR and financial control team

Overseeing all company financial entities, including UK subsidiaries

Preparing monthly management accounts and reporting pack for the board

Cashflow management

Managing the annual group audit and corporate tax submissions

Providing astute and timely analysis to support commercial decision making

Ensuring financial controls are maintained and developed

Being the point of contact with the bank

Supervising payroll and HMRC matters

Supporting M&A activity

The Experience & Qualifications Required:

ACA / ACCA/CIMA Qualified

Group reporting experience

Intercompany experience and Sage experience would be highly desirable

Driven & ambitious individual who will thrive in a swiftly moving, ever-changing environment

Your Reward & The Package On Offer:
As Head of Finance, you shall receive

A salary of up to £60,000 per annum depending on experience

Profit Share / Group Bonus - increases with length of service

Pension contribution of 5%, life assurance and other benefits
Hybrid working
