Our client is an iconic Creative Agency group, producing award winning Creative campaigns for the world's leading brands:
This is a fantastic entry level opportunity to work for one of the best Creative Agency in the industry. The Front of House team ensure a first class Reception area, in their state of the art stunning offices. The Agency believe in retaining and developing their talent. Many of their Reception Team have been promoted internally to other roles within the Group.


Job Outline:


To serve as a coordination point between the internal operations of the Group and the external world of their clients, remembering that the Receptionist is the first front line person representing the Group.

To answer all Switchboard calls in a timely and professional manner, following the general standards and procedures.


To provide professional support to the Operations Team, ensuring that company standards are maintained and that client expectations are met within the agreed objectives for the location.


Reception Duties:

The main day-to-day duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Answer the telephone (main switchboard and reception) in a polite, friendly, and professional manner at all times to agreed standard.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors (including offering drinks and making them feel welcome) and to inform relevant parties of their arrival.
  • Register all arriving clients on the Visitor Register following security policies and procedures.
  • Keep a track of your guests, know who they are waiting for and which meeting room is booked for them.
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area always.
  • Have full knowledge of the Room Booking System
  • Ensure meeting rooms are tidy, stationery stocked and correctly set up for upcoming meetings.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and accurate working record of room bookings.
  • Take bookings for meeting refreshments, breakfasts, and lunches.
  • Check next day's bookings & make amendments as necessary.
  • Serve as an information source for clients.
  • To complete daily tasks and duties.
  • To report any faults in meeting rooms and Reception areas.
  • To provide after hours receptionist presence if required.

Office Duties:

The main day-to-day job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Office service admin (Outlook photos, staff movements, update telephone lists).
  • Ad hoc administration support including; business cards creation and event coordinating.
  • Service helpdesk (log faults, repairs, liaise with IT support when required).

Hospitality Duties:

The main day-to-day job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Working with the Catering Department to ensure Hospitality services are delivered correctly to all meeting rooms (including clearing of rooms where necessary).
  • To provide an excellent standard of client service.

Additional Duties:

The main day-to-day job duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Undertake role of Fire Marshall as required.
  • Undertake role of First Aider when training complete.
  • To take responsibility for contributing towards your own development with the guidance of the Head Receptionist and to attend training courses as identified.
  • To show commitment to company values in all aspects of your role.
  • To act as a positive ambassador for the business.
