This Role

Role Requirements

Interpreting architects' drawings to provide layouts, quotations and design details for residential and commercial builds
Using bespoke software to create 2D layouts of floor areas, adhering to the clients' specification and designing the structural elements of the floor
Building positive, professional relationships with site managers and buyers
Communicating with sites to provide technical support
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets
Commitment to excellent customer service
Attention to detail and a careful, organized approach to each task
Desire to progress and develop in a fastmoving industry
