Description
**Band 6 Occupational Therapist
Based in Sidcup.
ASAP start and is currently ongoing
Mon - Fri 37.5 hours (able to work a compressed pattern and possible weekend work)**- Preform initial OT assessments

  • Create rehabiliation care plans
  • Case managing as part of MDT
  • Equipment assessment and review
  • Cognitative assessment
  • Joint working with PT

Requirements:


  • Must be a car driver
  • Experiences of working with older adults, worked as part of a rehab team, community or hospital experience, rotational experience
