About the Role:

Apley Wood Primary School [soon to become part of REAch2 Academy Trust through a voluntary Academy conversion] is seeking to employ an enthusiastic and experienced HLTA to join our Pastoral and HLTA teams.

The role will include a combination of covering PPA, management release, absence cover as well as some in class group and intervention support.

The role will require flexibility in covering classes across the whole school age range ages 4-1- Works effectively with good communication and interpersonal skills

Embraces change and innovation positively
Have the ability to motivate and engage pupils with their learning
Have knowledge/experience of working with SEND and additional needs
