Customer Service Advisor


Aquability (UK) Ltd currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly, family run company in delivering excellent levels of customer care.


This is a full time, permanent position and the working hours are Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm and Fridays 9am-4.30pm based at our offices in Farnborough, Hampshire.

Our offices benefit from free onsite parking and kitchen facilities.


The role


This role involves being the first point of contact for customer care, answering questions, reassuring and guiding our customers in the right direction.

You will gain product knowledge through our in-house training and be able to provide trouble-shooting guidance.

You will be joining a small team of advisors and will report directly into our Customer Service Manager, who has extensive experience within the company.

We will provide full training of our IT systems and our procedures.


Person specification

In addition, we're looking for:

  • Good computer skills, whether this has been gained through work or personal use
  • Good listener
  • Positive demeanour
  • Confidence talking on the telephone
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Team player

What we can offer


The full-time salary for this role is £22,000 and in addition to this we will offer a quarterly bonus scheme.
