ConnectX is a BPO Company, based in Pakistan, providing IT-enabled services including customer support, marketing, business development, HR Management, Finance and Accounts, R &D, and other services to clients based in the UK.

The company is currently providing services to a Property Management and a Property Development company, both based in the UK.


JOB SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and market trends.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential employers, property management companies, and real estate businesses to expand the company's sales reach and market presence.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments for expansion. Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire new customers.
  • Set ambitious sales targets and work relentlessly to achieve and exceed them, driving the growth and success of our company's projects.
  • Prepare and manage the sales department's budget, ensuring responsible allocation of resources.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
  • Implement effective sales processes, workflows, and systems to streamline sales operations and optimise efficiency.
  • Managing overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trends, advertising, and marketing promotional events.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to the management team regarding sales performance, progress, and areas for improvement.
  • Keep an updated knowledge of sales related legal documentation and property management.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Qualification:
Master's degree in marketing, Business, or related field


Experience:

10+ years of experience within Sales preferably in the Property & Real Estate Development sector with hands on experience in scaling.
