Our client is a leading Leisure operator and are currently looking to recruit a General Manager for their site based in Doncaster.

The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated General Manager at our clients leading leisure facility, based in Doncaster.

The General Manager is a hands-on role and you will have full control of the sales and operation of the site as well as managing,training and developing of the team.

General Managers must be a strong all rounder with strong deomstratble experience in Operations, Sales, Financial and Operational Manager. The General Manager will have sull accountability for site operations and commercial performance. The position entailsworking flexible hours to provide management cover at all times with shifts.

Experience working towards multiple KPI's

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Organisation and management skills

Strong understanding of Health and Safety processes

Excellent people management skills and experience in managing HR issues.
