Akkodis are partnering with a highly reputable brand in the Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences industry to assist them in their Digital Workplace strategy across the whole organisation.


We are looking for an experienced Change and Communications professional to oversee the digital strategy and portfolio of projects across the programme.

We need someone who is happy to roll up their sleeves and dive into the details of each project whilstensuring each work stream is aligned to a common goal.

An example of these projects is a large scale tenant migration of O365. The common link is to modernise the way the organisation uses technology in their day-to-day operations.

  • Extensive Change and Communications management experience
  • Experience overseeing a digital/modern workplace strategy
  • Experience overseeing multiple projects across a portfolio
  • Experience working in a fastpaced, regulated environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Any experience on O365 projects from a Change Management perspective would be highly beneficial
This is an initial 6 month contract with potential to extend. Our client are based in maidenhead but this role will be predominantly remote. You will be required to travel to Maidenhead one or twice a month. The role has been deemed inside of IR35.
