An exciting opportunity to join a company with over 100 years experience who specialise in school photography, from nursery through to sixth form.

We employ some of the most experienced staff in the industry and are keen to add to that team by recruiting confident, experienced freelance photographers whose attributes compliment our company requirements.

We have a position available due to expansion and this is based in Northamptonshire.

Job Description - Freelance School Portrait Photographer

To complete this role, you must

Provide a professional photographic service to our existing client base while maintaining a positive relationship with key contacts
Travel to a different school every day and capture high quality portraits and family groups
Experience of working with children desirable and you must enjoy meeting new people
Be fit and active as the role does require physical work lifting and carrying equipment
Be selfmotivated, confident and outgoing, with the ability to talk to both children and adults in a professional manner
Be flexible with working hours as
early starts and
late finishes are to be expected

Travelling:

Mileage is reimbursed at 35 pence per mile
You must be in possession of a full clean driver's licence

Equipment and Training:

You will need to provide a suitable DSLR with interchangeable zoom lens and tripod
All other photographic equipment will be provided
A full company training programme will be completed during August 2024 by successful applicants. All details given at interview stage
Complete a full company training programme to take place during the week beginning 12th or 19th August 202
Commit to and complete a block booking from the beginning of September to the end of November, working 5 days a week, Monday to Friday with the exception of half term weeks in late October
