Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership_

- Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, implementing corrective actions when necessary to ensure targets are met.
- Strategic Marketing_
- Craft and implement innovative marketing initiatives that elevate brand visibility and market presence.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
- Stay current with marketing trends and emerging technologies to remain at the forefront of the industry.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance and make datadriven adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
- Client Acquisition Mastery_
- Develop and implement client acquisition strategies that identify, engage, and convert leads into loyal customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align client acquisition efforts with sales goals.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize client acquisition processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Compliance Management_
- Oversee compliance with all relevant laws and regulations within the retail sector.
- Implement compliance best practices and procedures to ensure legal operations.
- Act as a point of contact for regulatory inquiries and audits, ensuring a seamless compliance process.
- Brand Relationship Building_

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales and marketing leadership roles.

£26,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
