Position Overview


As the
Sales and Marketing Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our retail business partners.

You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, leveraging your extensive knowledge of sales and marketing, client acquisition strategies, compliance management, and brand relationship building to achieve outstanding outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership_
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the unique needs of each territory.
  • Continuously analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance, implementing corrective actions when necessary to ensure targets are met.
  • Strategic Marketing_
  • Craft and implement innovative marketing initiatives that elevate brand visibility and market presence.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Stay current with marketing trends and emerging technologies to remain at the forefront of the industry.
  • Monitor marketing campaign performance and make datadriven adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
  • Client Acquisition Mastery_
  • Develop and implement client acquisition strategies that identify, engage, and convert leads into loyal customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align client acquisition efforts with sales goals.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize client acquisition processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Compliance Management_
  • Oversee compliance with all relevant laws and regulations within the retail sector.
  • Implement compliance best practices and procedures to ensure legal operations.
  • Act as a point of contact for regulatory inquiries and audits, ensuring a seamless compliance process.
  • Brand Relationship Building_
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brands and industry stakeholders.
  • Identify and negotiate partnership opportunities that enhance the brand's reputation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage brand relationships for promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales and marketing leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of compliance management within the retail sector.

Pay:
£26,000.00-£40,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
