Duties:

Set up and operate press brake machines to fabricate sheet metal parts according to blueprints and specifications.
Assemble and install tooling, such as dies, punches, and gauges, onto press brake machines.
Perform quality inspections of fabricated parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
Read and interpret blueprints to determine the correct dimensions and tolerances for each part.
Adjust machine settings to ensure proper bending angles and dimensions are achieved.
Monitor machine operation to detect any malfunctions or issues that may affect the quality of the parts.
Perform routine maintenance on press brake machines, including cleaning and lubricating.

Qualifications:

Previous experience operating press brake machines or similar equipment is required.
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints for sheet metal fabrication.
Knowledge of various hand tools used in sheet metal fabrication.
Familiarity with using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools for quality inspection.
Ability to work with precision and attention to detail to ensure accurate fabrication of parts.
Strong problemsolving skills to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during machine operation.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
