We are looking for a Global Affiliate & Partnership Specialist to supercharge our Magic Beauty Stars ambassador programme and support business/channel growth via Affiliate commercial Influencers + Influencer partners.We are a hybrid model with flexibility allowing you to work how best suits you. Responsibilities
As a Affiliate and Partnerships Specialist you willAffiliate Commercial Influencers Shape strategies across regional markets working to deliver customer growth brand exposure Revenue in market via Influencer partners such as LTK RewardStyle Metapic ShopMy driving strong CVR Oversee manage partner deliverables ahead of go live activity always considering industry ASA compliance guidelines Manage campaigns from creating briefs to post-campaign analysis making sure talent casting briefs content etc all ladder up to a cohesive aligned Traffic Revenue driving campaign AOB Commercial knowledge job expertise engaging cultivating hard KPI performance from Ambassador Influencer communities Traffic Revenue AOV CVR ROAS CPO inclusive setting commission rates Affiliate networks Analysis campaigns reporting ROI results devising strategies optimise replicate campaigns Monitoring analysing results crafting reports all campaigns daily weekly monthly reports Provide regular actionable recommendations ensure maximum Revenue Traffic Partner relevant internal external colleagues Data Analytics Brand Influencer Trade teams test refine acquisition retention strategies Maintain high level of knowledge across industry Affiliate Influencer Ambassador networks tools software Understanding Conversion Social channels Instagram YouTube TikTok Pinterest global regions Support budget management weekly monthly quarterly basis Report present Senior colleagues campaign performance pitching new ideas Share content wider marketing team providing social CRM teams engaging on-brand content Gifting sending influencers ambassadors products paid campaigns gifting schemes Magic Makeup Stars Creating briefs influencers seasonal campaigns Ad hoc responsibilities contracts raising PO invoicing Who You Will Work With Digital team under Chief Digital Officer remit The Global Affiliate & Partnership Specialist will lead management of our influencer partners magic makeup stars stakeholders whilst working closely other channel leads which includes Performance Marketing Onsite Content CRM Trade Loyalty eCommerce Marketing Tech Global Marketing PR Advocacy Brand Marketing Pro Teams About You Key Selection Criteria year affiliate influencer ambassador experience large-scale commercial partnerships Hands experience affiliate networks Partnerize CJ LTK RewardStyle Metapic ShopMy Strong relationship vendors agency account teams partner representatives Brilliant communicator storyteller share vision new way working Culture Fit Charlotte Tilbury values driven high-growth magical journey ultimate vision empower everyone everywhere most beautiful version themselves Why join us Be part of values-driven high-growth magical journey ultimate vision empower everyone everywhere most beautiful version themselves Bring your fury friend work allocated dog-friendly days spaces generous product discount gifting At Charlotte Tilbury Beauty mission empower everybody world most beautiful version selves Celebrate support hiring people diverse backgrounds cultures voices beliefs perspectives growing global workforce Better serve communities customers employees candidates recruitment process
