GTD are a family run business working for a number of high calibrate clients.

We have a Senior position available for someone with a true passion for delivering a first class service to our clients and their customers.

We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality and GSH to lead a small friendly team dealing with all aspects of our responsive repairs service.

Key responsibilities:

Managing operatives diaries to ensure efficiencies and key performance indicators are met
Liaising with tenants and operatives to arrange repairs
Planning repairs works for pre and post inspection, reactive, voids and emergency repairs
Prioritising emergency works
Booking appointments and allocating works to the available operatives, and following works from start through to completion including coding up from Schedule of rates book.
Ensure all relevant data is updated on a timely basis
Establish customer needs and provide a service in relation to repairs to properties e.g. take repair requests from tenants, diagnose repairs to include trade and duration, and book appointments.

- support and lead other team members with tasks

Required experience:

An understanding of repairs and maintenance Nat Fed schedule of rates, Microsoft word, excel and project would be advantageous along with being used to multi tasking in a fast paced office environment.
