- The opportunityAn exciting opportunity has arisen to join our executive hiring team at Ampa, a leading law and professional services group. You will be working within a small team (executive hiring manager and a researcher) to help shape the strategy of our partner and senior leadership hiring as we continue to develop our in-house search capability.
What you'll be doing:
- Assist with the development of work/team processes, determining their effectiveness and identifying areas of improvement
- Panel interview coordination
- You'll play a supporting role in identifying, attracting and assessing diverse talent for leadership roles
- Produce executive hiring monthly board report and ensure partner hiring updates are kept up to date
- Set up monthly lateral hiring meetings and manage attendance
- Attend daily team meeting to identify priority tasks, updates and training
- Other adhoc tasks, eg proof reading, powerpoint presentations, research, information requests, invoice management

- Confident presentation and communication skills; be yourself and be brave
- Ability to think laterally, a intellectually curious, able to connect the dots and test hypotheses to solve problems or offer solutions but equally agile and adaptable to change course if needed
- Able to manage priorities and deadlines, be proactive and take initiative, and anticipate business needs and plan accordingly
- Selforganised and datafocused, with a strong attention to detail but able to context switch as needed
