Kimal is a global medical devices company. Our surgical procedure packs and catheters are used in hospitals throughout the UK and around the world.


THE ROLE
As part of our UK Specialist Sales team expansion, we are looking for a Cardiac Sales specialist. This new role will work with our clinical and marketing team to drive our Cardiac Product portfolio, which includes our exciting new to market vein graft preservation solution for Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG) Surgery


In this newly created field-based position, you will be responsible for introducing and generating demand for our full Cardiac Portfolio of products including our exciting new to market vein graft preservation solution with all relevant stakeholders, with a focus on Cardiac Surgeons, Cardiologists and Nurse Clinical Specialists in your target hospital accounts.


THE CANDIDATE
You will develop strategic business relationships with key stakeholders both in the public and private sector. Identify and develop complementary new product opportunities within the Cardiac marketplace.

Develop in depth understanding of the needs and objectives of customers on all levels - both non-clinical and clinical partners, to develop tailored solutions, which improve sales and sales potential for Kimal PLC.

Achieve agreed objectives and annual sales budget for DuraGraft and Cardiac Portfolio.

Create hospital level business plans to identify key stakeholders and drive incremental DuraGraft and Cardiac Portfolio sales through a combination of commercial meetings and in-field visits.

Time spent in Cardiac theatres promoting and driving incremental sales of DuraGraft and Cardiac Portfolio. Monitor clinical activity including and not limited to procedure volumes and theatre activity lists.

Keep up to date with new developments in the NHS, anticipate potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapt strategy accordingly.
