RT social care are working with Kingston and Richmond to recruit for a Childrens Team manager role.

Paying £43.00 an hour

job descripton

  • Team Leader, Safeguarding Team 36 hours a week (5 days), 3 days a week in the office minimum.
Parking available.
London Pledge applies

  • Directly managing a team of 4/5 workers.
  • Responsible for all direct management, professional and case supervision.
  • Chairing strategy meetings, authorising reports etc.
  • Managing performance of subteam and formally reporting every Monday on this.
  • Managing duty for a week (1 in every 5 weeks).
  • The team holds Child in Need, Child Protection and Care Proceedings until final order.
