Description
As a member of their Unified Communications Provisioning & Support Team, you will be responsible for dealing with fault diagnosis and support for their wide range of products and services including: Hosted Telephony (VoIP) Connectivity UC WLROverview of Key Responsibilities, Tasks and Activities:
Fault diagnosis and efficient management to resolution
Establish customer requirements and assess their needs through to implementation
Escalating queries and concerns where necessary Liaising with suppliers Provisioning products and services Required
Skills and Abilities:
Experience within the telecommunications industry in a support role Technical knowledge and understanding. Understanding of Asterisk based phone system will be advantageous.
Working Hours - Monday - Friday 9:30 - 6pm.
