A great opportunity to join a Global Automotive Component Manufacturer as an Area Sales Manager for the Aftermarket sector. You will be responsible for commercial negotiations with motor factors and distributors based in the South West UK.What you'll be doing:
- Carry out direct sales activities to customers in accordance with strategies
- Visit existing customers to understand their needs and the market (ex. Stock situation, moving items, mix its statistics, price competition situation)
- Research and build leads for new potential customers within designated region
- Promote products, specific product ranges, and promotions
Skills helpful for the role:
- Proven sales record within the automotive aftermarket sector
- Demonstrable sales record and ability to develop new business, identify and sell to customer based on their needs
- Ability to handle highpressure situations professionally
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency with MS Excel
