In terms of project support, every project is different and therefore your duties will change accordingly. However, for the most part, you will be responsible for monitoring project schedules, preparing progress reports, and liaising with key stakeholders
The post holder will ensure an impartial, comprehensive, client focused service is offered to support those affected by rape and sexual abuse to access our services, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

- You are highly organised with high attention to detail and good project administration skills.
- You are a proactive, selfstarter, able to work unsupervised and on own initiative.
- You are trustworthy and professional
- You have top interpersonal skills, including tact and discretion.
- You are experienced in liaising with representatives from external organisations and are able to motivate and encourage colleagues.
Responsibilities
- Provide appropriate and timely information to clients wanting to access our service, signposting, resources.
- Processing sensitive and confidential data on service users and maintaining records as appropriate on the relevant case management systems
- Monitor data entry by team on client management system to ensure up to date and accurate in line with Birchall's operating manual.
- Respond to requests from external agencies/criminal
- Working alongside our existing teams to provide administrative support with project implementation as well as ongoing monitoring, reporting, meetings and communications.
- Assisting with maintaining project plans, ensuring actions are completed to deadlines and reported effectively through relevant governance structures.
- Tracking delivery of projects against a range of indicators as a basis for assessing project effectiveness
