Location:
Based from Porsche Cars Great Britain (PCGB) HQ in Calcot but only 30% of the time, 65% travelling across the UK and 5% across Europe
Salary:
£45k + 10% performance related bonus & company car
Contract:

We are DEKRA Automotive, we have a unique opportunity for a Business Development Specialist - Porsche Design Watches to join our global business employing over 44,000 employees in more than 50 countries on all five continents
In the UK, we offer diverse services across automotive, oil and gas, insurance and chemical and process safety industries.
We are now recruiting for a Business Development Specialist to develop the Porsche Design luxury timepiece business with our Porsche Centre partners in the UK and the Irish markets.
As our Business Development Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Development of the Porsche Design Timepiece wholesale business in the UK and Ireland
- Ensuring achievement of all annual turnover targets, taking corrective action through the year
- Identifying additional sales opportunities, short and long term
- Provide coaching and expertise to the Porsche Centre network, maximising their performance
- Planning, executing and hosting vehicle related timepiece presentations at events and exhibitions
- Implementing detailed order intake, wholesale and lead time reporting
- Create and review sales promotion marketing materials for Porsche Design Timepieces
- Ensure and manage transparent and effective lines of communications to all Porsche Centres
- To understand and assist in the delivery of Porsche Strategy 2030 and the Porsche Cars Great Britain Business Plan
In order to be successful in this role you must have/be:
- Minimum of three years of applicable sales and marketing experience in the automotive, luxury watch or retail sectors
- Highly driven with a proven ability to achieve business sales targets within a defined timeframe
- People orientated with the ability to establish networks and collaborate across departments with multiple stakeholders to achieve shared targets
- Highly customerfocused with a desire to proactively improve their overall experience with Porsche
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, handle and present data back to other stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills & timemanagement
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Good technical skills, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc
- Passionate about the automotive industry and horology will be a distinct advantage
- Must be willing to travel; 65% within the UK, 5% within Europe, 30% at PCGB Head Office
