  • To be fully responsible for all company business within the defined
- territory & market segment


This will include:

  • 1. Meeting the personal performance targets set by the Company
- as the minimum acceptable standard

  • 2. Acting as an ambassador for RMD Kwikform at all times
  • 3. Building strong and profitable relationships with customers & the
- decision making influencers within the sales process

  • 4. Creating new, profitable revenue streams by prospecting
- existing & target customers within the target sector

  • 5. Taking quality enquiries that allow the RMD Kwikform
  • Engineering, Operations & Customer Services disciplines to
- meet our Customer's expectations

  • RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Attaining Sales Targets in line with company expectations.
  • Managing the Sales Process and Pipeline within their area/sector
  • Covering the Sales Territory Effectively in line with company procedure
  • Managing Customers Orders, Enquiries efficiently and accurately
  • Reporting Activities, keeping appropriate Records and confirming to the Company Administration System.
  • Understanding fully the Products and Services of RMDK
  • Maintaining professional personal standards (maintaining a professional appearance, wearing appropriate clothes for the situation whilst at work so as to conform with Health & Safety Regulations.)
