Salary:
£24,000 per annum
Chiswick Honda dealership has been part of the local community for the last 22 years, and is the flagship for Honda UK located in West London.
Due to our continual growth in business and demand in motorcycle sales, we now have a fantastic opportunity to pass this knowledge on to a Sales Scholar.
You will learn all aspects of the sales process starting with handovers and moving on to learn the process of active selling.
Whilst gaining considerable knowledge and understanding of the processes involved in ensuring motorcycles are prepared, inclusive of handover paperwork, for the handover to the customer.
What you can expect from the role:
As a sales Scholar you will spend time with the Sales Managers, diarising which motorcycles will need to be prepared for delivery, and learning the process of selling.
As part of the sales process, you will check all details on the handover paperwork are correct and have been signed off by the relevant Sales Manager, notifying them of any discrepancies immediately
You will help keep the department clean and tidy, and maintain the security of motorcycles within the department, always following franchise standards.
You will be shown what to look for on outgoing motorcycles and complete appropriate paperwork.
As a sales Scholar, you will support the team to exceed all set targets and sales objectives. As well as accomplish maximum profitability from vehicle and accessory sales
Through the continual training within the department, you will learn the processes in using the database for customer follow ups in order to maximise sales
In addition, you will have the skills to appraise, verify and negotiate the purchase of part-exchange vehicles.

What we need from you:
Firstly, we need you to have a passion for Motorcycles, with an enthusiastic interest to your learning, training, and development.
Having good communication skills and being confident, both in person and on the telephone, is a must.
You will listen, understand, and interpret our customers' needs, building a rapport, so customers come back time and time again.
If you have previous experience working with in a customer facing sales environment with good customer service skills, then we want to hear from you.
It would be beneficial if you hold a motorcycle licence, but not essential.
