An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, enthusiastic individual to join the Information and Governance team, which is part of the Estates, Facilities and Development directorate, Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, based at Castle Hill Hospital.

Your duties will require working at all four sites when undertaking works for short periods.

The posts is full time working (37.5 hours/week), Monday - Friday


The successful applicant will be a key player in the Information and Governance team in the collection and recording of essential information on the estate and the directorate's information technology solutions.


You will provide support to the Business Information Manager in the collection and recording of data on the Internet Property Register (Micad) contributing towards the rationalisation, use and development of the estate.


The information produced will be used to inform business planning and improved productivity as a result of Model Hospital analysis.

The information will also be used as a foundation for the development of the Estate Strategy.

The role will also support the development, data collection and recording of estate data, compliance data and appraisal data as we expand the use and benefits of the Internet Property Register (Micad).


We are looking for a team player with good communication and organisational skills, who is flexible in their approach to work.

The post-holder will need to work independently in a diverse and interesting office environment, using their initiative to prioritise their workload, multi task and maintain confidentiality.

Hull Royal Infirmary and Castle Hill Hospital with an annual budget of approximately £500 million.

The Trust employs around 11,000 staff and serves an extended population of 1.25 million, delivering a number of outpatient services from locations across the area.


The Trust's secondary care service portfolio is comprehensive, covering the major medical and surgical specialties, routine and specialist diagnostic services and other clinical support services.

These services are provided primarily to a catchment population of approximately 600,000 in the Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire area.


HUTH provides specialist and tertiary services to a population of 1.25 million extending from Scarborough in North Yorkshire to Grimsby and Scunthorpe in North East and North Lincolnshire respectively.
