A prestigious Skin Care and Beauty Retailer is looking to recruit a
Marketing & E- Retail Trade Managerto join their Marketing team in their new and impressive offices in the West End.


The Marketing E-Retailer Manager will be responsible to build and execute e-retailers plans to grow the desirability, sales, and profitability of the company in the UK and Ireland.

The role will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and will manage onedirect report, the Marketing & E Retail Executive


Duties include:


E-retailers Trade Marketing Plans

  • Plan online retail promotional calendar for eretailers and pure player in line with company 360 trade marketing plan with Senior Marketing Manager & Marketing Director.
  • Ensure all key trading moment are well planned and executed within a 360market activation plan.
  • Work with retailer teams to negotiate costs, terms, and trade activity for key campaigns.
  • Responsible for ensuring all paid activity goes live in a timely manner and reporting back to the business with results (uptake in sales).
  • Create POs for all confirmed and signed off eretail trade and manage eretail budget with Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Work closely with retailer teams to build engaging product pages, ensuring high conversion opportunities.
  • Build relationships with online retail and trading contacts to optimise Sisley's presence, capitalising on retailer key trading moments.
  • Manage and lead the launch of any new eretailer openings, ensuring brand guidelines are adhered to, negotiate brand presence on site and marketing for launch

Brand performance monitoring Sales and Stock Monitoring

  • Manage online retail and NSV stock and work closely with Supply chain team and retailers to ensure stock and sales department are kept updated with key promotional activity
  • Compile weekly sales reports and present to all relevant stake holders
  • Oversee out of stock reporting to preempt any product availability issues.
  • Monitor daily online eretailer and pure player sites for Sisley inclusions and ensure brand is correctly represented

Assets and Brand Optimisation

  • Promote and embody the brand identity, ensuring trading decisions align to this identity.
  • Provide final sign off of artwork for use on website banners and promotional material e.g., bounce back cards for sampling activity.
  • Lead competitor analysis projects around bestinclass Brand Spaces and PDPs to aid optimisation of company presence.

Experience:


  • 35 years' experience in e retail marketing role.
  • Beauty experience is a plus
  • Understanding of budget management.
  • Creative and innovative thinker.
  • Analytical mindset
  • Sees opportunities to improve processes and engages stakeholders to deliver change.
  • Strong communication skills
  • A team player. Always looking to understand the needs of the team built on foundations of trust.
  • Collaborates easily with others and adapts to different working styles.
