What we need, in a nutshell:We're on the hunt for a Finance Business Partner that will help deliver value to the business by becoming a trusted partner to driver our financial performance.

From reviewing historical data as well as future projections, you will see the bigger picture and provide support and analysis as a trusted advisor to help impact our financial results and add value to the business.


Who are we?

What you'll be doing:


You will be working collaboratively with the business operators to ensure all budget assumptions are fully owned and initiatives can be tracked with reference to KPI's.

Communicating with the departments on forecasts and performance effectively will be key to your role.


Key responsibilities:


  • Develop budget, forecasting and weekly reporting.
  • Produce concise data reports and data visualisations, using Power BI, and other appropriate packages, assisting management in decision making.
  • Proactively review financial and nonfinancial information highlighting trends and analysing causes of unexpected variances
  • Liaise with the Operations Director to challenge General Managers to drive value throughout the P&L.

Skills, experience and qualities you'll need:

  • The ability to influence and persuade senior stakeholders with confidence.
  • Previous experience in a business partnering/finance analyst role ideally.
  • Experience in channel & marketing business partnering.
  • PQE 0 5 years CIMA/ACCA/ACA newly qualified/finalist
  • Experience creating models and analysing large volumes of data in excel or Power BI
  • It's the icing on the cake if you have worked within the industry in a period of high growth and transformation.
