Internal Sales Representative
£22,000 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus bonus


Job Type:
Permanent, Full-Time


Location:
Bloxwich, Walsall

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (with option of overtime)

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing wholesale clients
  • Sell products and services to wholesale clients, meeting sales targets
  • Utilise inhouse CRM system effectively to manage client interactions and sales pipeline
  • Prepare and submit quotations accurately and in a timely manner
  • Follow up on quotations to secure sales opportunities
  • Proactively engage in new business development activities to attract new clients
  • Resolve client issues and address general queries promptly and professionally

Skills and Experience:


  • Previous experience in account management or business development role, preferably within the wholesale or similar industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent negotiation and problemsolving abilities
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
