What's involved with this role:

Contract to start on until with a possible extension.

Key Duties:

To work with the young people, their families, prospective carers, relevant professionals and staff, to plan and implement individual plans, taking into account the needs, choices and wishes of the young person in the creation of the plan to promote identified needs being met.
To support children and young people to reach their full potential to and achieve their ambitions.

Health and Social Care NVQ qualification level 3 and above is
REQUIRED.

Knowledge and understanding of the Quality Care Standards, the Children Act 1989 and the revised Children's Home Regulations 2015 is
REQUIRED.

Experience of working with young people within a statutory or voluntary setting, preferably in a residential setting is
REQUIRED.
