The role

If you are dynamic, enthusiastic, creative and with a can-do attitude, then why not consider joining us as a Global Marketing Coordinator, within our talented marketing team to support the development and delivery of an account based omnichannel marketing strategy for key growth accounts.

Supported by a test and learn strategy focusing on solution led, lifecycle communications strategy in line with the account strategy.

You will leverage the client data in the CRM and continuously update stakeholder mapping by using D365 for marketing as one of the main tools and campaign drivers.

The overall objective is to increase customer engagement, accelerate the decision process, generate new leads and drive brand awareness to the priority solutions identified by the business while delivering measurable return on investment.


Here's what a typical week would be like:

  • As the point of contact for the Regional CRM and marketing teams you will ensure data meets exacting standards (eg. Job titles, demographic, firmographic, data and others) and supports uploads into the CRM.
  • Support the creation of a market to segment within the CRM to include the copy, style and call to action of the campaigns, reaching out to external agencies as and when required.
  • Provide back up to 'producer' roles on live webinar roles with regions to take lead role in production.
  • Prepare assets and call to action (live webinar, on demand, event and newsletters) using D36
  • Support in creation of social media posts using HUB and D36
  • Point of contact for Wrike (Project Management tool) and support in the creation of blueprints, workflows and others as required.
  • Use data to continuously assess and develop new customer journeys to achieve increased efficiency across the touch points.
  • Manage subscription list and customer journeys for published news articles on website, Fugro World articles and outbound communications working with Corporate Comms team.
  • Support Global Operations Manager in A/B creative testing and cross over with segmentation selection and targeting.
  • At the conclusion of a campaign support in recording lessons learned, share with the campaigns and digital team to ensure continuous KPI improvements.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as raising PO's, updating calendars, coordinating meetings and budget tracking.

Who we're looking for:

  • Degree or equivalent in Marketing or Business
  • Previous marketing and CRM experience in a BusinesstoBusiness environment is essential.
  • Experience using a Project Management tool would be a distinct advantage
  • Excellent command of the English language with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong data analytic skills.
  • Commercially minded
