Wise May are looking for an experienced Sales and Lettings Manager, to effectively oversee a professional and energetic team of Sales and Lettings Consultants. This role is based within a well-established boutique Estate Agent within Southwest London.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Daily sales and lettings negotiator meetings.
Ensuring high quality Landlord and vendor feedback.
Being visible to clients as a Sales and Lettings Manager.
Ensuring the performance of the Sales and Lettings team is in line with our clients expectations.

Essential Experience:

Previous experience of managing a busy team of highly ambitious Property Consultants.

Benefits:

20 days paid holiday, the office closes all bank holidays and between Christmas and New year holiday entitlement increases by one day at end of each year calendar year capped at 28 days.
5% of the fee paid for sales agreed by any negotiator and an additional 7.5% of the fee for any sales that you agree directly.
5% of the letting fee paid for each rental deal agreed by any negotiator (fee payable against the first contract only).
10% of the letting fee paid for any new landlord instruction.
Furniture pack referral fees.
Insurance policy referral fees.

- £5000 bonus each time 50 new managed apartments are brought into the business at 12% + VAT.
