We're recruiting a new Partnership & Digital Engagement Officer for our One You Westminster & RBKC services to support our delivery staff with referral generation duties and to create prospering local partnerships.

The Partnership Officer and Digital Lead role is designed to support our Bi-Borough One You services to achieve their KPIs whilst upholding Thrive Tribes core values.

The post-holder will manage a varied workload based around GP and community engagement, fostering and maintaining relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

The post holder will assist the overall Referral Generation and Partnerships Team strategy, creating and implementing innovative ideas to support referrals into the service.

The post-holder will also play a leading role in developing our online resident engagement work, updating and maintaining blogs and websites and offering residents innovative content via service specific social media - that means supporting our Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin pages.

The role will sit in the Bi-Borough Referral Generation & Partnerships Team, providing referral support and digital upkeep for our local One You services.

A typical day as a _Partnership Officer & Digital Lead _might include:

Helping to maintain the ethos of Thrive Tribe by driving our organisational culture forward across our services and using every opportunity to embed our values.
Presenting our services to a range of partners and to residents, confidently delivering engaging presentations and taster sessions to encourage referral generation. This will include both in person and online presentations and meetings.
Forging effective and successful local relationships with key stakeholders across health and community settings, benefiting Thrive Tribe services.
Fostering strong links with primary care and GP settings, ensuring patient groups are aware of our free services. This will involve working with practice staff and management directly.
Representing One You services in stakeholder meetings and local network forums in a respectable manner, reviewing and innovating existing stakeholder partnerships.
Working on engaging priority communities, such as residents with learning difficulties, severe mental illness, from global majority backgrounds and those living in areas of high deprivation.
Support in caretaking the digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and our website and blogs and newsletters. Getting creative with content, producing new and innovative ideas to promote engagement from stakeholders and residents. (Experience with Mailchimp and Canva is a plus)
Provide localised content for the Referral Generation & Partnership Manager to feed in to service reports, produced for local authority commissioners.
Ensure due consideration is given to Information Governance and Clinical Governance legislation, requirements and guidance.
Working with colleagues across all of our Thrive Tribe services to contribute to new projects and service developments we're always looking to share knowledge and resources
