Retail and Shopper Planner (FTC - 12 months)
Location:
Hybrid / London, England, - onsite 2-3 x per week

You'll join the strategic 'hive mind' at OLIVER, a high-performing, diverse and eclectic group of talents focused on communications planning.

- The role will sit across a mix of accounts with a focus on retail and shopper marketing.
- You will be supported by a Planning Director and the UK Head of Planning, as well as closely collaborating with the relevant Account Teams.
- You will primarily be based at OLIVER's London Hub office, a stone's throw from Exmouth Market. The current expectation is 2 days per week in the office. Plus onsite with clients as per our unique model.
WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL
- You are grounded in the basics of retail / shopper account planning,
- Harness the power of consumer and shopper insights to demonstrate a profound understanding of their needs, preferences, and shopper motivations
- Utilise datadriven insights to devise targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives that truly resonate.
- Deisgn and execute endtoend shopper marketing campaigns maximising all touchpoints on the consumer journey, integrating online and offline You'll be adept at crafting clear briefs and compellingwatertight
- You are proficient in research (i.e., writing research briefs, collaborating with research partners). You are also able to conduct interviews with stakeholders and customers.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, measure ROI, and optimize strategies based on datadriven learnings.
- You are an advocate for promoting positive sustainable behaviours and able to put a sustainability lens on the strategic and creative process.
- You will be open and willing to attend Change the Brief training and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issues.
- A strong integrated background would stand you in good stead, or a solid grounding in customer engagement.
- You'll be a clear, convincing communicator, able to work in a selfdirected way and be highly motivated.
