    To continue to grow our apprenticeships provision, we are recruiting for a Head of Sales to lead our Levy call centre team.

  • By providing outstanding training, motivation and leadership you will continuously work to ensure employees performance is reviewed regularly against company KPI's. Working closely with the Apprenticeship Sales Director you will ensure the teams drive forward lead volumes in line with the company's strategic growth plan.

  • An eagerness to lead from the front
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple departments

DUTIES

  • Manage, motivate and develop the Team Leaders and wider team to ensure they are delivering targets required to meet the company's strategic growth plan.
  • Ensure customer and learner experience exceeds their expectations, driving improvements where necessary
  • Development of staff through regular reviews, identifying training needs, and setting objectives via the Purple People system
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to constantly review performance to drive a culture of continual improvement
  • Develop ongoing robust sales training to support the development of a highperforming team
  • Ensure the effective use and adoption of CRM and other platforms to support reporting and forecasting of activity
  • Promote cross selling of all group services and hand off to appropriate channels where required
  • Generate ad hoc and regular reports in relation to your departments output and performance
  • Conduct your role in line with the behaviour aligned with our company values
  • Comply with and follow all processes within The Safeguarding Policy, ensuring safely of all learners is paramount
  • Comply and follow all processes within the Health and Safety Policy
  • Comply and follow all processes within the IT Policy and, Data Protection and Information Security Policy

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience as a manager in a call centre environment
  • Experience of coaching sales staff
  • Experience of driving improvement and change
Experience within the FE sector is desirable
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Problemsolving skills with the ability to be hands on and lead by example
  • Results orientated
  • Confident decision maker
  • Outstanding communicator at all levels
  • High level of initiative with the ability to drive change
