Responsibilities:
- Communicate in a friendly, professional manner with all staff, suppliers and customers.
- Encourage staff to improve their sales performance.
- Look for ways to improve store performance.
- Prepare reports on sales and growth.
- Recruit, train and manage new sales staff.
Salary:
£22,300.00-£23,300.00 per year
