We are delighted to be partnering with a well-respected and very ambitious Lloyd's Syndicate who are looking to recruit a Property Claims Adjuster.

This is a very dynamic position that provides a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in claims.

Key Responsibilities

Handling a portfolio of Property Claims in accordance with the Syndicate's claims management guidelines.
Building commercial awareness by adjusting claims from a diverse multiclass portfolio, providing precise responses and accurate reserving.
Auditing claims.
Dealing with Litigation Management.
Developing and maintaining relationships with Brokers and Experts.
Attending meetings and presentations on high value and complex losses, alongside experienced Claims Adjusters, building relationships within the London Insurance Market.
Collaborating with external experts and other teams, such as Underwriting, in order to improve organisational performance.
Developing knowledge of company systems.

Key Requirements

35 years of (Re)insurance industry claims experience.
Experience of handling Delegated Claims (North American experience would be beneficial).
Experience with Residential & Commercial Lines Property Claims and Property Reinsurance Claims is preferred but not essential.
Familiarity with Lloyd's underwriting and customer minimum standards / reporting.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
