About the role


It is a varied role that requires excellent organisation skills and attention to detail, the ability to work well under pressure and a practical solutions-led mindset.

On a day-to
- day basis you will carry out administrative activities, providing high-level administrative support to a group of Case Managers and Occupational Therapists across the north of England.


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Support worker recruitment, onboarding & Induction
  • Creating and processing adverts using any available resource (Reed/Indeed/social media etc)
  • Creating recruitment files on internal system
  • Liaising directly with current HR advisory company
  • Maintenance of company HR system for Support Workers
  • Support workers liaison/correspondence
  • Creating and maintaining support team OneDrive's
  • Ordering support worker badges and equipment (laptops).
  • Assist the Support Worker Coordinator (calendar planning for visits)
  • Coordinating Support Worker Training and booking of mandatory/specialised course
  • Undertaking delegated ad hoc tasks and projects when needed such as minute taking for client meetings, research and client purchases etc
  • General inoffice admin duties including answering the telephone and postage.

Your Qualities, Experience and Skills

Essential

  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with proven attention to detail
  • Excellent written & telephone communication skills
  • Reliable, professional and proactive
  • Flexible with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks
  • Accurate with good numeracy skills
  • Proficient in IT with a good working knowledge of Microsoft 36
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Selfconfident and well developed interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to liaise confidently with different people and external agencies
  • Selfmotivated and able to work alone while still being willing to seek advice when necessary
  • Ability to record time accurately/time management (Qunote Filenotes)

Desirable

  • Experience working in the Case Management industry
  • An understanding of the different communication needs and lifestyles of people who have sustained significant injuries
  • Some proofreading experience
  • Full UK driving licence

Pay and Conditions

  • You will be line managed by the Office Manager on a daytoday basis
  • The contract allows for 5.6 weeks paid leave and 4 weeks paid sick leave
  • You will receive initial and ongoing training, plus regular supervision from the Office Manager
  • The role will pay between £22,000 to £25,000 per annum depending on experience (pro rata)
  • 25hrs per week, Mon Fri, flexible between the hours of 8am and 6pm
  • Office based in Leeds LS18

Job Types:

£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
