My client is an electronics company in Uxbridge who are seeking to employ a full time Marketing Manager to join the team.

This is a great leadership position offering hybrid working.


Duties:


  • Take responsibility for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans
  • Undertake market research and competitor analysis
  • Understand market and customer trends
  • Prepare and monitor budgets
  • Oversee marketing team and the production of marketing materials and content
  • Monitor and manage the company social media accounts
  • Ensure the company is communicaing the right message to attact prospective customers and retain existing ones
  • Regularly updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting the results of campaigns

Requirements:


  • Previous leadership experience
  • Proven experience of creative thinking
  • Budgetmanagement skill and proficiency
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
  • Excellent communication skills
  • BSc in Marketing, Digital Technolgies or relevent degree
