We have a great opportunity for a Band 4 Cancer Support Worker within the Royal Free Urology Cancer Team.

This role aims to support the prostate Cancer Nurse Specialists in the management of their patients and specifically in their follow up care.

This provides a fantastic opportunity for you to contribute to improving the overall experience of cancer care and work within a friendly and supportive team with an interdisciplinary approach to care.

You must be able to communicate well and sensitively with service users and staff and be committed and passionate about improving the experience of cancer patients by providing the interventions of personalized cancer care.

You should be well organized and have excellent computer skills. The role will be based primarily at the Royal Free Hampstead site.
