Description

We require a care assistant to provide good quality care for residents throughout their stay in the home. The care will meet their needs effectively and will be sensitive to their wishes and feelings.

To enable all residents to have the opportunity to enjoy as good a quality of life as possible and to help maintain a happy atmosphere.
To contribute to good communication and teamwork.
To work with other services and appropriate people, including families for the benefit of residents and the quality of service provided by the home.
To carry out all the procedures effectively.
To help the organisation of social activities, and to participate in them to help promote residents' physical and mental wellbeing.
To escort residents on outings, visits and appointments where required.
To assist in the dining room, help with the setting up of the dining room/meal trays in readiness for mealtimes and clearing up afterwards, assisting residents with eating and drinking.
To participate in training activities as directed by the Registered Manager.
To undertake other duties, as necessary.

Salary:
£11.00 per hour
