We are looking for a (Host) Receptionist and Facilities Coordinator to join the hub of innovation, collaboration, and growth, and we're searching for a Host who embodies our values and can contribute to creating an outstanding work environment.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Receptionist and Facilities Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for employees, guests, and clients entering our prestigious office spaces.
Your responsibilities will include:
As a Receptionist and Facilities coordinator you will.
- Greeting and welcoming visitors with a friendly smile and excellent customer service.
- Assisting with checkins, appointments, and inquiries to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
- Managing meeting room bookings and coordinating any necessary arrangements.
- Maintaining the reception area's appearance and ambiance to create a positive atmosphere.
- Collaborating with various teams to address employee needs and resolve any issues promptly.
- Providing general administrative support to the office as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:
To succeed as a Receptionist and Facilities Coordinator, you should possess:
- 3 years reception, facilities or customer services for a blue chip organisation
- A proactive and approachable attitude.
- Proven ability to function successfully within a strong team environment.
- Degree or collage educated or equivalent.
Reception/Desk work accounts for approximately 30% of the time
Walking/inspecting/engaging with colleagues/hosting accounts for 70% of the time
Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
