About the role:


We are recruiting for a Compliance Apprentice to support the Senior Compliance Team across the delivery of the Compliance function.

You will learn the Financial Conduct Authority rules and regulations to understand our duties as a company and ensuring that both internal and external compliance requirements are met.


Overview of duties:


  • Support the wider Compliance Team on a variety of administration tasks when necessary
  • Working with the various divisions to provide business advice and regulations and compliance advice.
  • Undertaking relevant research and diligence as required by the team.
  • Supporting the compliance team in devising, implementing, monitoring solutions to requirements arising from all applicable legislation.

Person specification:


Knowledge, skills and abilities:


  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Can do attitude with planning and organisational skills

Education and experience:


  • GCSEs in English and Maths
  • A levels or equivalent
