At a glance
We are looking for a Product Associate to join our Belfast Product department.

Reporting to the Global Head of Product, the Product Associate is a product champion, writes product stories in our Agile setup alongside being a product expert.

Work Pattern:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm, Hybrid working.


Key responsibilities

  • Be a champion of the product and ensure the education of best practice usage internally and externally.
  • Work with key internal stakeholders to translate requirements for new product features into the Agile backlog.
  • Work with the Head of Product to ensure that stories for development work are scheduled, produced, and delivered in advance of development commencing.
  • Support technical staff to ensure that the produced features match the business vision.
  • Work with 1st Line Support on support documentation, providing product knowledge and insight.
  • Work collaboratively with all departments.
  • Represent the department at external events.
  • Building and maintaining an internal product knowledgebase.
  • Driving our products forward inline with the company strategy.

About You

Knowledge and Abilities

  • Proven ability to capture requirements from stakeholders at various levels and communicate these to others.
  • Experience in a customer facing role, such as customer service, customer success, sales, or technical support, with proven experience of taking tailored approaches with customers.
  • Experience in dealing with multiple tasks and effectively organising workload.
  • Experience in making informed choices.
  • Experience in taking ownership of work and embracing challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, combined with a positive approach.
