At a glance
We are looking for a Product Associate to join our Belfast Product department.

Reporting to the Global Head of Product, the Product Associate is a product champion, writes product stories in our Agile setup alongside being a product expert.

Negotiable, depends on experience

Work Pattern:
Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm, Hybrid working.

Key responsibilities

Be a champion of the product and ensure the education of best practice usage internally and externally.
Work with key internal stakeholders to translate requirements for new product features into the Agile backlog.
Work with the Head of Product to ensure that stories for development work are scheduled, produced, and delivered in advance of development commencing.
Support technical staff to ensure that the produced features match the business vision.
Work with 1st Line Support on support documentation, providing product knowledge and insight.
Work collaboratively with all departments.
Represent the department at external events.
Building and maintaining an internal product knowledgebase.
Driving our products forward inline with the company strategy.

About You

Knowledge and Abilities

Proven ability to capture requirements from stakeholders at various levels and communicate these to others.
Experience in a customer facing role, such as customer service, customer success, sales, or technical support, with proven experience of taking tailored approaches with customers.
Experience in dealing with multiple tasks and effectively organising workload.
Experience in making informed choices.
Experience in taking ownership of work and embracing challenges.
Excellent communication skills, combined with a positive approach.
