We are looking for an individual with experience in the mortgage industry, ideally as an administrator or paraplanner.They must have a positive & enthusiastic attitude with the ability to prioritise our customers' needs and requirements at all times, have the ability to work under pressure & problem solve.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure our customer service database is kept up to date and all information held is accurate
- Responding to any nonadvisory queries in a professional and timely manner and referring any advisory queries to the relevant person
- Supporting a team of advisors with their day to day duties
- Inputting cases on to our system, ensuring all details are accurate and all documents have been received in line with our compliance policies
- Completing suitability reports to issue to clients
Characteristics:
- Experience in the mortgage industry, ideally as administrator/paraplanner
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
- Positive & enthusiastic attitude with the ability to prioritise our customers needs and requirements at all times
- Ability to work under pressure and problem solve, both independently and part of a team
- Computer literate and familiarity with Microsoft office
- Well organised with excellent time keeping
