    Description

    MLC Partners are delighted to be partnering with Turn2us to recruit an interim Executive Officer.

    The Role

    • Provide ad-hoc diary management support to the CEO and Chair, arranging meetings and ensuring they are fully prepared for engagements.
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and prepare documents as requested.
    • Support and lead on the organisation and delivery of internal events.
    • Maintain effective filing, records & administrative systems across Teams & Outlook, handling confidential information with discretion.

    Ideal candidate experience includes supporting an executive or senior leadership team member in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, able to build relationships with various stakeholders (including trustees independent members), good minute-taking/secretariat experience producing concise accurate minutes managing actions strong organizational time prioritization ability proactive flexible adaptable confident learning new technology/systems Reliable individual handling confidential travel expense reports submit promptly meeting deadlines travelling..
