**Anaesthetic Practitioner - ODP/ Nurse
Harpenden in Hertfordshire
£26,000- £36,000 doe + Benefits and Enhancements**Eclypse Recruitment are searching for an Anaesthetic Practitioner to join an independent private hospital based in Hertfordshire. Our client has been providing an extensive range of surgical, medical and day care wards.

We are looking for an experienced Anaesthetic Practitioner to work within this busy hospital which caters for a number of specialities including major surgery, orthopaedics, gynaecology, urology and medical patients

This is a very busy service so is a demanding role but one in which you will gain great exposure from the variety of operations you will be involved in alongside some of the most experienced Consultants.

Ideally you will be a Registered Nurse/Operating Department Practitioner with Anaesthetic experience and be used to working in teams with minimum supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Being competent in all aspects of anaesthetic technique and procedures
Working as a skilled member of the theatre team, and being responsible for the assessment of care given to patients within the operating theatre and other areas where an anaesthetic service is required
Maintaining accurate clinical observation of the patient's clinical condition and alerting medical staff when required
Having an understanding of scrub and circulating roles and to understand the responsibilities in these roles
Assisting in ensuring that the department is at all times clean and organised with sufficient supplies and equipment which are correctly cleaned, in working order and correctly stored

**As a Theatre Practitioner salary will be £26,000 - £36,000 per annum + excellent benefits package and 35 days A/L
