The Company

Home Utility Group are a thriving central heating company delivering central heating to private customers and council contractors including City Of York Council and Berneslai Homes.

The Role
The role would include installing boilers and central heating systems on technically pre-surveyed properties to a standard of high quality (Combi Swaps, Combi Conversions & Full Heatings)

The role is on a subcontractor basis and our terms are as follows:
Combi - Combi: £ To be wired in by yourself if fused spur is at the boiler Electrician will be booked in if no fused spur present)

Combi - Combi Move Position: £425.00

Conv - Conv: £300.00

Conv - Conv with fully pumped upgrade: £425.00

Conv - Combi: £600.00

Full Heating System:
£800.00

Additionals:

Radiator swap:
£20 per radiator

New Radiator with pipework:
£40.00 per radiator

All packs and pipe/ fittings delivered to site by the merchant between 8am and 10am each morning.

Consumables to be supplied by yourself.

Any remedials or snags if they do occur to be rectified by yourself (we will pass you the details of the customer to contact and arrange a re-visit if required)

Experience:

Relevant: 5 years (preferred)

Education:

A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Licence:

NVQ Level 3 Plumbing & Heating (preferred)
