12 month Fixed Term Contract - Part time, 21 hours per week

Together we'll be working to make sure everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets the support and respect they deserve.
The purpose of the Community and Events Fundraising team is to engage, grow and inspire a community of passionate fundraisers to power the fight for mental health.
As our Senior Experience Officer, you'll lead on projects aimed at improving the experience of supporters taking part in our portfolio of third-party sports events.
Reporting to the Fundraising Manager of the Events team, you'll look for opportunities to improve the experience of our supporters, whether this is in our marketing, our stewardship or on the day.
You'll be responsible for delivering projects that take supporters' experience from pretty great to incredible
You'll play a pivotal role in helping the Events team to recruit more participants, working to ensure that participants can raise more and want to engage with Mind in other ways.
You'll lead exciting improvement work that helps us to better tell our supporters' stories and encourage others to join #TeamMind.
We're looking for a strong communicator - someone who can convey their vision, goals, ideas and issues to team members and stakeholders.
You'll be confident project manager, who can oversee and coordinate tasks as well as motivate and encourage others by creating a defined roadmap to success.
You'll have strong organisational skills, be able to prioritise tasks and document ways of working, and be comfortable in creating project timelines and holding others to account in meeting deadlines.
You'll be open to innovation, adopting a test and learn approach and improving processes.Closing date: 13 January
Interview day: 24 January**This position is in line with current guidance, the post holders will be expected to be in the office a minimum of two days (or more, depending on the arrangements of your team) but this role will retain some flexibility working from home (hybrid working).
